I love my little cottage office here in downtown Nevada City. I've enjoyed selling real estate here since the 1980's! Sharon is a very knowledgeable and experienced real estate agent and her guidance through what was a very lengthy process, with many unwarranted delays, not only kept the deal alive but ensured I got top dollar for my home. This is the 3rd home I have bought and sold in Nevada County with Sharon as my realtor and she always does an excellent job for me whether I am buying or selling.
