If you are looking for a realtor who is professional and prioritizes her clients, then you should call Sharon Burke. Sharon helped my family sell our starter house and also find our forever home. She was sensitive to our questions and concerns. Sharon always made time for us and answered our calls and texts whether they were early in the morning or late at night. In a very difficult housing market, she always kept us positive and we will forever be grateful for all of the work that she did for us.

Sharon was a dream to work with, she listened to our likes and dislikes and focused on our needs to identify properties we would be interested in. She was very active in screening properties for us and scheduling viewings but was never pushy. She provided us with valuable insists when viewing properties pointing out things we wouldn't have noticed or thought of.

My fiancé and I cannot imagine buying our first home without Sharon— we would give her 100 stars if we could! Sharon was incredible throughout every step of our process. From the very beginning, she understood our vision, offered her expertise, and had our backs. She went to endless showings with us, was incredibly responsive to our never ending questions and worries, and kept us up to date on new listings. She gave us advise on how to create the best offer on our dream house, and worked to make sure it was accepted.

I recently worked with Sharon Burke to sell my home in Blauvelt, NY. She is a true professional and I knew right away I had made the right decision. She went above and beyond to prepare my home by helping with staging, hiring a professional photographer and was readily available to attend all showings. Sharon helped negotiate multiple offers which ended in us getting above asking. Thanks to her expertise our home sold the first weekend on the market.

After an offer was accepted, Sharon stayed involved to make sure everything went smoothly. Selling a home can be somewhat stressful but Sharon’s knowledge of the market and the selling process helped to guide us through without stress.

My wife Barbara and I worked with Sharon in selling our house and can’t say enough good things about her. We had interviewed several realty companies and felt most comfortable with Sharon and we certainly made the right decision.
She was professional in working with us, knowledgeable in the market we were in, personable, patient with us and always available. She answered every phone call, email and text we sent her. She explained every step along the way in detail from the initial listing of our home to the sales closing. She gave us tips on staging our home and offered us excellent advice to help us make informed decisions along the way. Sharon listened to our concerns and needs and worked with us to make sure our requests were fulfilled. She made us feel as though we were her only client and did not hand us off to someone else in her office.

We had the pleasure of working with Sharon twice, buying our first home and selling it. Both times, Sharon went above and beyond for us. Unlike most brokers, Sharon didn't disappear after we found a home we loved or once we got an offer. She was very much involved in every step of both transactions and helped alleviate so much of the stress and uncertainties when dealing with real estate transactions. She was exceptionally knowledgeable and protected our interests in matters that were unknown to us. We even got 13 offers in three days (!!!), most considerably over asking! I cannot recommend anyone aside from Sharon to help you with one of the biggest decisions you'll have to make!

Trusting Sharon with the huge life decision of buying a home was the best decision. When we started looking for a home, we had no idea what we were looking for. Sharon was so incredibly patient and supportive as we explored nearly 30 homes before we were able to find the one that felt right. Through this process, Sharon’s expertise in the field was clear; the more homes we saw, the more she was able to get a sense of our taste and personal style and provide us with options that started to fit our vision. I am not sure we would have been able to figure out what we were looking for without her knowledge of the field and experience. One thing we really appreciated about Sharon was that she was so patient, she always encouraged us to keep looking and she would never let us settle on something we did not love. She was not just trying to sell a home, but she was trying to find us our home.

However, where Sharon truly shined was after we found our home and went into the next stages of this process. Sharon went ABOVE and BEYOND in making sure that we were getting the absolute best deal and that all of our needs were met. She was incredibly thorough and detail oriented as we went through our inspection period, negotiated with the sellers and beyond. There were many occasions when Sharon would go to the house to advocate for us when we could not be there and ensure that we made it to closing. To the very end, Sharon went to great lengths to make this process as positive as possible and I could not imagine doing it without her.

Finally, Sharon is just a pleasure to work with. She is a delightful person and she made this process an exciting experience! I could not recommend her enough to anyone looking to purchase a home.
