Great agent and very knowledgeable. It’s a shame the mob mentality is taking sides with the owner of a dog. NONE of these people who have left negative reviews were there when this happened. NONE of them have first hand knowledge of the situation. They are only taking the dog owners side with ZERO proof. Not to mention dogs can attack anytime even if the owner says “it couldn’t hurt a flea”. This is what’s wrong in the world. Quick to make conclusions without knowing the actual facts
