About Sharon

Working with the public to find a new home or sell their current home has been a pleasure for 16 years. I am very knowledgeable in what it takes to sell a home with respect to CO requirements, septic and well inspections and working with the buyer's home inspection requests. On the other hand working with a buyer has it's requirements as well. Need to locate the right home, work with a good lender that will get the job done in the right amount of time. Sharon dedicated many hours of research in trying to find the right home for Terri and me for many months after we decided it truley was time to leave our home in Atco for the past 37 years. We thought we were lucky enough to have a buyer ready to come in when we found our new home, but that couple fell through due to stair issues. Sharon must have sent us 50 plus homes on the computer, and took the time to show us at least 20 homes in person. We did decide to widen our search to Maryland, and found the perfect home for us, but Sharon was terrific in setting up an open house to sell the property, and did an excellent job with all the inspections and paperwork needed for settlement.
