As first homebuyers, we really needed a realtor that could guide us through our big decision. Sharon took the time to learn what we needed in a house, pointed out the positive and negative factors that impact resale, the major and minor things to look for in a home, had guided us through the entire process, and helped us find our home. She actually found the listing for our house and it was the only house we both loved! She actually made house hunting fun-- as it is suppose to be! Sharon had excellent communication skills and kept us in the loop with everything! I would recommend Sharon to anyone who is in the market for buying a house! She is amazing!
