Sharon Gupton

Sharon takes an individually tailored and diligent approach to assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in the Triangle Area of NC. She is always thinking one step ahead, allowing her clients to focus on their goals without getting lost in the details. Sharon’s client-centered approach has been refined for over 20 plus years working alongside some of Triangles’ finest agents and developers.

Keenly aware of the region's competitive, rapidly growing market, Sharon provides clients with a holistic overview while keeping them informed about local particularities. She draws on her 40+ years living and raising a family in Cary, Chapel Hill, and Raleigh, and is especially knowledgeable about the area’s schools, investment opportunities, new developments, and downtown living.

With a background in broadcast marketing and a business degree from Kenan-Flagler Business School at UNC, Sharon supplies a uniquely informed strategy for marketing and negotiation. This knowledge paired with her robust network of agents and developers gives her clients a distinct advantage, enabling them to find an ideal product on the market, whether it is a starter home in Downtown Raleigh or an investment in Fuquay-Varina.

Sharon currently lives in Cary with her husband and standard poodle. Her two sons have fled the nest and live in Philadelphia and Portland. When time allows, she likes to visit one of the many fabulous art museums and galleries in the Triangle.
