Why do people buy or sell a home?

To end paying rent and start earning equity in a home

This is the fifth year in the business, the previous career was in banking and many of those skills are applicable in the real estate business. The person is a long time Hampton Roads/Coastal Virginia resident and currently resides in Chesapeake and have lived in Virginia Beach and Norfolk and is very familiar with Portsmouth and Suffolk.
