Highly likely to recommend Sharon is absolutely awesome! I found her to be extremely knowledgeable about the marketplace and very proactive in understanding what my needs were. She was very attentive and was able to suggest houses that not only met my criteria but often exceeded them. She is courteous and responsive and I found her to be a true pleasure to work with. She was extremely flexible in accommodating meeting and showings, often outside normal business hours- which was extremely helpful for me with my crazy commute and work schedule. I have worked with a fair share of realtors in the past, in few different states and have found my experience with Sharon to have exceeded them all! I know realtors juggle a lot of different clients, sellers, buyers and real estate situations and so I appreciated the way in which she took the time to make the experience very personable and positive for me. Highly likely to recommend 08/10/2016 - mmosher5 Sold a Single Family home in 2016 for approximately $425K in Exton, PA. Sharon helped my husband and I both buy our new home and sell our old. I wish I could give her more stars. Sharon is extremely professional and quick to respond- day or night. She brought in a professional photographer and stager to help sell our house. It worked- she sold it in 10 hours! When we ran into issues with the realtor representing the seller of our dream home, she stepped up and took charge. Knowing how stressful the process is (on top of having a newborn) she was always one step ahead on everything and put us at ease. It's rare to find a realtor who is not only good at what they do, but have such a down to earth demeanor. We feel like we've known her forever. I can't recommend Sharon enough. Contact her.
