Sharon Ledbetter

Sharon is a former Civil Engineer which has helped tremendously in her real estate career. She has lived in Germantown since 1999. Before moving to Germantown, she resided in Gaithersburg, Rockville, and Silver Spring. She is originally from Washington, DC. Currently, her neighborhood is within walking distance of her office, a community that is centrally located in the I-270 technology corridor.

By collaborating closely with her clients and meeting them before beginning the buying or selling process, she helps buyers and sellers understand what to expect on the road ahead. She also contributes to the mission of the Greater Capital Association of Realtors by serving on various committees. She strives to make the process of buying and selling real estate a pleasure by focusing on what is important to her clients. She is well-versed in all aspects of the real estate transaction and keeps up with legislative changes that impact the real estate market. She enjoys helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate dreams. Her footprint in Maryland covers the following counties - Montgomery, Prince Georges, Frederick, Washington, Anne Arundel, Howard, Baltimore, and Carroll Counties.
