My family and I relocated to Vicotria(from 1800mi away) as a result of employment. We found Golden Cresent Realty online and took a chance. We found our home buying process to be handled so well that we contacted them to list our home as again we have moved as a result of my employment. We had tried unsuccessfully to use 3 other Realtors in the area which was not a positive endeavor. Our lender gave us a realtor to try “Golden Crescent Realty”. Wow!! Our whole move went from horrible to GREAT. What a Team Rick and Sharon make. They cared and worked hard to meet all expectations and made our home search seamless. They previewed homes for us and searched for us and ONLY if it met our criteria would they schedule a showing. I emailed her a question and to my surprise I received a response the same day. After a few more emails about property info we decided to see our first home. Sharon and Rick met us there, they explained the things we should look for when buying a home. Though it wasn't the home we bought my partner and I new that we were in good hands. They were both knowledgeable and if one didn't know, the other did. They were very friendly and professional and always had time for us. It was very fun and easy buying a home with them as our guides.
