Our͏ Family has used Sharon multiple times on the buyer side of the transaction and this was our 1st time using her for the sell side. Our expectations were met and exceeded. She was very informative the entire way allowing us to really drive the decisions and offering us her expert advice at key junctions. In my experience with other people they have always said that their agent was very forceful and pushy and while that can get the job done that is missing a certain type of client experience that is important to me. Sharon puts you in the drivers seat and keeps you there and is always ready with the right advice. I am completely wowed and won’t hesitate to use her services in the future. I in addition wouldn’t hesitate to refer her to all of my friends and family!

Sharon sold our house back in 2006. She was punctual, organized and kept us in the loop every step of the way. So, when we got ready to move back to AZ (15 years later), I knew who I was calling to help us find our new home. Once again, Sharon kept us up to date on homes that were coming on the market, she made herself available so we could see the homes and she made the whole buying process go smoothly. I highly recommend Sharon for all your buying or selling needs!

Great Real Estate Team
This is the fourth house the Rodgers Team has managed for me. In every case, they have shown the utmost concern for me personally and for the professionalism of the sale or purchase. In this case, I consulted Sharon over a year before putting my house on the market. She advised me of the market conditions and helped me connect with a realtor in the area where I wanted to purchase. It turned out to be a long process for me to determine what I could and should buy in the new location. Meanwhile, Sharon kept in touch and kept me informed of the market in Mesa as time rolled by. When it was time to list, the team went beyond the necessity in promoting my home and assuring a quick and fair sale. I would call upon the Rodgers Team any time I needed help with real estate in their service area. They are superb!
