I used Sharon for the first time for the sale of my then home and a purchase of a townhome in 2016. Based on those experiences, I knew there was no one else I would trust when it came time to sell the townhome. On a 100+ degree day we had an open house scheduled- Wally called and suggested cancelling since people don't like to go out in the heat. I worked with Sharon and Wally to buy a condo. They made the process as easy as could be. Although I did a personal visit, this was after a facetime walk thru of the unit, which was nice. This was within 24 hours of initial contact. After that, it was all virtual and electronic, and since I am out of state, that was extremely helpful for me. Both are extremely pleasant people.

When I first started looking at homes, I wasn't even sure if we  were ready to buy yet, and from from speaking with many realtors I felt very pressured by them, whereas Sharon made me feel very comfortable and I never once felt pressure from her to rush into something. She looked with us for 3 months, only for us to decide we wanted to wait a little bit longer to purchase, and again she was completely understanding and told us to give her a call when we were ready. Come Spring 2016, we were finally ready and obviously called Sharon to be our realtor. She was not only our realtor... I also felt that she gave us valuable advice on a personal level and even looked out for me as a mother would. I really appreciated this since normally I would be doing this process with my own mother, who passed away 2 years ago. I could tell that she really cared about the home we ended up in, she was never out to just get a sale from us. There were even times when she probably could have convinced me to buy a house that I really shouldn't have, but instead she encouraged me to wait until the perfect home and not to settle. I thank her for that now!!! We just purchased our dream home and couldn't be happier. The sellers were very difficult and made the process complicated, but she was there every step of the way for guidance and support.
