Sharon Vallejo

Sharon obtained her license in 1981 and her broker’s license in 1985, when she opened her own office. She has since found her niche as a broker associate and gave up the management of an office to work directly with the needs of buyers and sellers.

Sharon enjoys helping people achieve their goals and matching their needs with the right property. She is a great listener, skilled negotiator, and serious about obtaining the perfect property for buyers and the best qualified buyer for sellers. With her 33 years of experience, she has seen all kinds of real estate markets and trends. But most of all, she helps many clients achieve their goal of finding a place to call home.

Sharon has a team of experts that assist her with various needs, such as contractors, surveyors, well test inspectors, septic engineers, soil engineers, and home and pest inspectors, all of whom she trusts with the inspection and preparation of a property to purchase and/or sell. She can also assist in the preparation of homeowner documents and has experience working with various homeowners' associations, in both Sonoma and Marin counties.

If clients are an investor, Sharon can help with the 1031 exchange process and refer them to the best facilitators to conduct the exchange process.

Sharon loves horses and animals. She currently has two Arabian horses and an Australian Sheppard. When Sharon is not working on real estate, she can be found on the gorgeous trails of Point Reyes, in Bear Valley, or one of the miles of trails in the Point Reyes National Seashore.
