Shaun Burke

Shaun Burke knew from the time he was a teenager that he wanted to be a realtor. He purchased his first home when he was 19 and became a licensed full time real estate agent by the time, he was 24 years old. 25 years later, Shaun is still a broker and enjoys selling real estate even more now than he did when he first began his career.

Negotiating on behalf of his clients is something that he loves to do. Knowing that every dollar counts, he makes it his personal goal to get them the absolute best deal possible whether he is representing you as a buyer or as a seller. Shaun always keeps his client's best interests at heart and at the end of the day he values a lasting relationship much more than a commission check. He wants to be the one you go to for all your real estate needs and advice throughout the years.

Shaun works out of the John L. Scott Lynnwood office. He focuses on Lynnwood and the surrounding areas including Lake Stevens, Everett, Snohomish, Marysville, and Mukilteo.

When Shaun has free time, he loves to play tennis, spend quality time with his family and watch his kids play sports. A few of his favorite places to travel are Maui, Disneyland & Lake Chelan.

Shaun & his wife Tonja have 4 grown kids. Tonja is a part of his team, and she helps with complimentary staging & staging advice. Together, they give great ideas on simple or large home improvements that can increase the value of your property.
