Shaun Fergueson

After twenty-four years of active duty, we have arrived back in Florida. Shortly after high school in 1981, I joined the Navy. The first cruise was to various locations in the Caribbean. It was so much fun that I just had to do and see more. Three deployments from 1984-1987, my first visit to Hawaii, three years in Puerto Rico, a slight diversion during the Persian Gulf War, an accidental stop on the mainland 1991-1993, I returned to Big Blue (Pacific Ocean). A two-year tour in Japan, two years in Guam and then back to California in 1997 and back to another ship, #7. In 1999 I was offered a one-year tour in Europe with no specific location and lots of travel involved, so I took advantage of the opportunity. After visiting at least ten countries on the Mediterranean and various islands and continental locations in Europe and Africa, and getting married, we returned to the Pacific. After a brief three-year stay in California, we headed to Oahu in 2004 and Pearl Harbor. Retiring from the Navy in 2005, we lived an island lifestyle on Oahu until 2021. This is when real estate became a passion. I found that helping others achieve their real estate outcomes was incredibly fulfilling.
    As our parents and families age, we decided to move back to the East Coast in 2021. Travel became difficult for family visits, so we do the traveling for them. As we looked for a community to move my real estate practice, we quickly focused on the Space Coast as the ideal area to enjoy family and business.
