Sean did an outstanding job helping us sell our house, he went above and beyond our expectations. Any and all questions we had, he answered! He kept us updated on everything we needed to know. He and Shelly suggested how to make our house presentable before showing and it was under contract within 3-4 days because the buyers loved it! Looking for a home in a new area during the covid pandemic can be stressful, but thank goodness we had Shaun Smith as our agent. Shaun's advice on home quality, locations and closing a deal was spot on. He was also super responsive when we had new listings to go look at or just questions about the process. My wife and I got on Zillow one Friday night around 9:30 just to simply look into buying our first home. We found one we liked, and just thought “hey, let’s press this button that says ‘make appointment’, not really thinking we would be setting up a meeting with the guy who would be such a blessing to us! Shortly after we pressed that button, my phone started ringing and sure enough it was Shaun. When normal people get off work on a Friday evening, the last thing they want to do is work over time… especially at 9:30 at night. But Shaun isn’t normal! From that night until a couple months later, the search was on, and sure enough we found the most perfect first house a couple could find! Through the search tho, Shaun never hesitated to be completely honest with us about the houses and the prices. It was almost like he was buying the house too! Lol. He helped us more than we could’ve ever asked for. He wasn’t in it for the money, he wasn’t in it for any other reason than to help us find EXACTLY what we were looking for. He is such a great guy, and there is no way we could’ve found anyone better. He is more than a realtor to us now, he’s a friend. We will never be able to thank him enough!

He was on top of every detail and took extra care to work with me locally and my father who lived out of state which required some extra communication and a few extra hoops to jump through.
