Shauna Fanning

Shauna’s passion and drive is customer service and customer relations and has over 17 years in the field. Her reason for becoming a real estate agent is to continue her desire to work with people and have clients be as happy with their lifestyle as she is providing it to them. Working in this industry is highly satisfying for Shauna especially when the connection with the customer is developed and she can help accomplish their goals. This goes along with her determination for real estate success as she is invested in making her client’s goals become reality.

Shauna enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She has triplet siblings, whom she loves to spend as much time with as possible. She enjoys traveling, she’s visited places as simple as across the US, to the Caribbean, and most recently Haiti. She maintains a healthy lifestyle by working out and paying attention to her mind body and soul. She enjoys cooking for herself, as well as hosting dinners for friends.

For the past 10 years, she’s been lucky enough to be the best doggy mom to Lexi. Lexi is her love, and Shauna enjoys coming home nightly and seeing her face and her excitement when she walks through the door. On weekends they try their best to go on walks, hikes, or anything that can get them outdoors.

Shauna works with a charity called Kingdom of Kids which is based out of Port a Prince, Haiti. She’s been lucky enough to be able to visit the orphanage a handful of times, and work face to face and get hands on with the kids, and leaders of the orphanage. While she’s been lucky enough to travel it has been mainly due to her fundraising and network efforts. She’s planned and executed 10 fundraisers which enabled her to grow her network, teach people, and have inspired others to get involved and she’s even single-handedly encouraged others to join the trip and see what they do face to face in Haiti.

She’s a fan of all Boston/New England teams, however, football and of course the Patriots are her favorite. Shauna loves football because it’s the fall, crisp air, being able to be outdoors with tens of thousands of other Patriots fans!
