Shauna Smith

Shauna Smith love to travel but living in KENTUCKY–that is the best place for me. She has been in the real estate industry in Central and Eastern Kentucky for many years and have always shown devotion to her clients. Buying a home is one of the largest purchases anyone will ever make and that is why when she is working with her clients, she wants the entire real estate process to be easy and worry-free. This is essential to her core values. Shauna believes that a good Realtor strives to build equal ground between buyers and sellers and promotes good communication, all of which are important in establishing a successful real estate practice.

Shauna received her Bachelor’s degree in Business, with a concentration in Accounting, as well as a Masters of Science in Management both from Sullivan University. She lived in Richmond, Kentucky with her husband and two children.
