Huge shoutout to my client of 4 years and my Realtor Shaunessye Curry . She put together a team with individuals who’s goal weren’t for their personal gain but to make sure I got the best possible service and provided me a chance to be successful in the future. She even worked during her vacation at her favorite spot, Jamaica. When I had a billion questions and wanted the same things repeated 50 times she didn’t let it bother her. She shared her checklist with me so I know the next steps and what to expect and I don’t think she was supposed to do that. She did it because I asked. She stood tall and fought on my behalf and voiced my concerns to whoever needed to hear them very boldly and firmly. She explained everything in the contract very well so I know what my expectations are. It felt like I was her only client even though I know she was helping multiple clients at the same time. What was more impressive to me is I gave her my plan and checklist of what I wanted in a house and it’s exactly what I got; from location, neighborhood type to backyard amenities.
