I'm not big on leaving reviews on the internet or sharing information on social media. However, I had the pleasure of working with Shaunette Young Adams in the search for my new home. She is a very professional, responsive, dedicated, informative, and reliable real estate agent. She not only found me the perfect home, but she also changed my experience of buying a home into an amazing experience.

One of the most critical characteristics I look into when searching for in a person is that they have my best interest in mind. Shaunette has and will have your best interest in mind from the onset of the buying experience to after the closing. She ensures you have all the information you need to decide what's best for you when purchasing your home.

I'm very grateful for her being my counselor and encouraging me when I continued to put in multiple offers when I was not selected. She is very knowledgeable, and I highly recommend her if you are looking to purchase a home.

She has has a wonderful heart and actually cares about her clients. She is a person u can form a long lasting relationship with. After closing she was still available for our questions. I used her to purchase my first home with a physician's loan and she was knowledgeable of the Atlanta area, loan types, and various aspects of real estate I had to learn. Even after the purchase she was helpful with tax information and more. She takes to time to explain things and guide your through the process; which is what I most enjoyed about her services.

Then, when it was time to sell, I was able to make a six figure profit due to her initial insight on location and price during the purchase process just a few years earlier. Thus, she is worth every penny as her expertises of both buying and selling are top-notch. Plus she gave me a great referral for my next home. It seems having her as a real estate has everlasting benefits that never end.

Overall, I have even grown to consider her as a part of our family over the years. She is an experienced professional but truly she is just a great person. She attended our wedding and my graduation. That is how close we have become just from meeting while trying to buy a home. I recommend her 1000/100 - she really is everything I say and more for your real estate needs.

I recently moved to Atlanta last year and I had the tough task of buying a nice single family home in a seller’s market! Shaunette did an amazing job of suggesting homes and inquiring on homes I was interested in a timely manner. I met Shaunette through my KC realtor. When I came to ATL during the Thanksgiving holiday, she took time out of her 4 day weekend to show me condos. She knew that I was only
in town for a week and was trying to relocate by year end.

After my offer was accepted, Shaunette referred me to a local finance company that got me closed within a faster time. Also, she referred me to an inspector who did the inspection while I was still in town.

So I found a condo that I liked and was able to move by year end and before the KC snow hit! If looking for a realtor in the Atlanta area, Shaunette is the real deal!

*Update* I moved back to the Atlanta area, and true to my word, called Shaunette for a 3rd time. Another top notch experience! She was able to work around my time in the area, and we were able to buy a home for below list price, which is unbelievable in this market! She coordinated everything, which was important as I was still out of state at the time, and made sure we had a smooth and on time close!

Shaunette’s ability to get things done is unparalleled. We used her to sell our home and during the process things unforeseen kept happening like mold, a roof replacement and unreasonable buyers.
