Shavarsh acted as the selling agent on my prior home and buying agent on my new home. He handled every detail of both transactions perfectly! Not easy when you have a contingency sale and you need to coordinate the timing of both transactions. We listed my house on a Tuesday and and accepted a full price offer the following Monday. I believe we were able to sell so quickly not just because of market conditions but because of how Shavarsh priced my house to sell. Shavarsh is extremely knowledgeable, service oriented, and a pleasure to work with. Shavarsh went above and beyond what was expected. I can't recommend him enough!

As we navigated this fast-changing housing market, we are so glad we went with Shavarsh during the search of our first home. He is extremely competent and knowledgeable about the real estate market and helped us find our dream home. Shavarsh was very professional from start to finish. He was able to list my unit within the hour of coming over and taking pictures.
Furthermore he was able to sell my unit, 1 of 6 similar floor plans being listed at the time, in about 18 days. Talk about stiff competition!
And on top of that he found a buyer willing to pay cash and we closed escrow in 23 days!
