Shawn is a great agent in Silicon Valley area. Navigating the current bay area real estate market is not a simple task. It is full of buyers bidding way over market value with cash. It was great working with Shawn's team in assisting purchasing our first home in Santa Clara. I highly recommend Shawn to whoever who is trying to buy or sell in Silicon Valley. I found Shawn through a Facebook group. He was always actively answering everyone’s questions on Facebook. I contacted him and told him I was looking to buy a home to remodel in Cupertino. He asked me for my needs and wants in a home and showed me a couple of off market properties he had in his inventory. I haven’t seen this level of professionalism and hard work from anyone in a long time. Shawn treats his clients with respect and always finds time to show them properties regardless of the budget. End result was he found an off-market property at a great price. He then helped me with remodeling as well after the deal was closed. Shawn was a life saver. Without him, I wouldn’t have my dream home right now. Best agent in Cupertino and Bay Area!

Me and my family were so fortunate to find Shawn Ghandchi as a realtor. He is definitely the best realtor in the Bay Area Persian community. As our Realtor, he helped us find the right house in Saratoga for our budgeted price. He was very patient with us since me and my family are very picky and advised us through making reasonable offers when we fell too quickly for overpriced homes.

Shawn has been absolutely the best realtor we have worked with so far in the Bay Area. We were trying to sell our townhouse in Menlo Park for a while with another realtor but with COVID hitting, it was even harder for us to sell our home. However, we met Shawn and he was able to sell our home for us above the asking price in just under two weeks. Regardless of COVID, Shawn was able to negotiate a great price without any contingencies for our home in Menlo Park. He did an outstanding staging for our home and was able to make our home stand out more to buyers. Shawn Ghandchi was our real estate agent when we were looking to buy our first home, and we couldn’t be more pleased with our experience. I alongside my wife recently moved to the bay area from Houston, TX. Not knowing the area made us uneasy at first, however Shawn’s expertise on the region was a massive help. We knew we could call him at any hour of the day and he would be ready to answer our questions. I cannot put into words how grateful my husband and I were to have worked with Shawn on helping us find (and close on!) our first home in Saratoga.

From the very first, he was on top of everything. We had an initial sit down to talk about the neighborhoods, our target budget, and our priorities and based on that, he developed a plan that felt so personalized and unique, but yet professional. He found listings for us to check out and constantly kept us updated on new listings in Saratoga. Shawn had access to off market properties that no other agents have shown us. He was also very alert with what our priorities were when looking for our first home. We have a 2 year old daughter and he was already a step ahead thinking about school districts. This was something he was quick to suggest. Being Persians ourselves, I can easily say he is the best Persian / Iranian realtor in the Bay Area.

On top of everything else, Shawn guided us through the entire process with a smile and a positive attitude. Besides his professionalism and attention to detail, he brought personality, humor and liveliness to our days. This is something that my husband and I, two nervous first-time buyers, appreciated a lot.
