Keren and Shawn helped us find the perfect house! They spent hours showing houses to our daughter and son-in-law, who live in Richmond, while we "walked" through the homes virtually from Orlando. They are smart, savvy, and trustworthy. They have been available to us wherever we had a question, concern, or need, even after we closed on our house. Keren and Shawn recommended a contractor and lawn service for us, both of whom worked out great. I highly recommend this power couple.

My parents were looking for a house around the short pump Area or Mechanicsville just because of school. We have been customers for him for about two years. You might say why?! Because we were low income and low credit, it was hard to find a trustable finance Company, So Shawn Hazelwood and his beautiful wife worked so hard every day just to find the right company. Not just that, both of them were so patient with us, responded to our texts, calls and emails with professional behaviour and were very humble. I am recommending Them to everyone. Yes did find our house around Godwin High School and am very Happy with it. ✌️🙂

Shawn is absolutely wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. He explains everything in a way that is easy to understand from making the offer to working with the mortgage banker. We moved here from New Jersey. Shawn and Keren were so responsive and patient with us during house hunting. we were able to add houses to see the same day, so efficient. Didn't feel the pressure. Was able to get the answers for us efficiently. They also gave us some special gifts with their name on it (remind me of their kindness every time I use the kitchen knife). Really appreciate their efforts.

I wholeheartedly recommend Shawn and Keren Hazlewood! I was searching for a new home in the Richmond area from Northern VA, which took a bit of coordination. I bought a house in July,2020 for wife and son, unexpectedly they both passed away along with my sister in law who lived with us in October of 2020.
