Houses sell themselves. What I offer is a service. And like any service, those practicing it are not all created equal. The same can be said for real estate agents. Some buy their leads, and some earn them. I will do my best to earn your trust and loyalty. My goal is to leave you happy and eager to tell your social sphere about the great experience you had buying or selling with me.

“Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day but teach a man to fish and he will eat for a lifetime.” It’s sort of the same philosophy by which I practice real estate sales. I could sell a house and do the bare minimum and get that 1 paycheck but never hear from that client again OR I can give excellent service and create a bond with that 1 client who will not only use me again but will also refer me to their friends, family and co-workers. That is what I strive for in every transaction. I don’t pay 3rd parties for leads and I don’t spend a lot of money on advertising looking for folks to choose me. I value my repeat clients and their referrals. This truly has kept me doing what I love for all these years.

Certainly not how it seems on TV, my day does not consist of showing 3 houses, meeting at a coffee shop to discuss an offer, then magically skipping over all the hard parts, and getting to happy homebuyer at settlement. There are many unseen tasks and hurdles to overcome to get to the settlement table and put those keys in your hands, but I try to make each transaction as smooth as possible. like a duck on a pond, I try to make it tranquil to the naked eye, all while kicking my legs underwater to keep everything afloat. My goal is always to produce results for you and to make your life easier. From scheduling showings, to writing offers, to negotiating through inspection & appraisal results, to getting everyone to settlement, and everything in between, I will be your personal real estate coach and liaison.
