Born in Los Angeles, Shawn moved to San Francisco when he was 5 only to return in the nineties and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Real Estate from Cal State Northridge. He has since been actively involved with several charitable foundations, including KW Cares, Children’s Music Fund, and Friends of West Hollywood Elementary.

Shawn currently serves as President of Reis Group, Inc. which directly owns and manages several income producing properties throughout Los Angeles County. Founded in 2005, Reis Group, Inc. has been an innovative force in corporate strategy, acquisition structures, asset management, value enhancement and dispositions strategy. Shawn has a depth of experience across the spectrum of real estate matters with key strengths at sourcing opportunity, acquisitions, capital placement, finance, project oversight and disposition strategy.
