Before transitioning into real estate more than two years ago, Shawn spent 21 years in pharmaceutical sales, where he refined his ability to communicate clearly, negotiate effectively, and deliver exceptional customer service. Prior to that, he dedicated 12 years to law enforcement, building a reputation for integrity, discipline, and attention to detail—qualities that continue to define his professional approach today.
A proud graduate of Texas Tech University with a bachelor’s degree in Wildlife Management, Shawn is no stranger to hard work, strategic thinking, and a deep appreciation for land and property. After living in Lubbock, Texas for 49 years, he relocated to Azle in 2020, bringing with him strong West Texas values and a broad understanding of both rural and suburban real estate markets.
