Shawnta Is the best! She is very thorough and answered all my questions, even when i asked the same ones repeatedly. I followed her advice throughout the homebuying process and ended up with the home for us. I love how she communicated via phone calls, text, and email with me to update me according to my availability. She is very thoughtful and caring, listening to our wants and needs, and even suggesting different ideas that I didn't think about. I would definitely recommend her to future homebuyers.

I really did not think I needed a real estate agent, however, Ms. Ashton assured me it would be beneficial for me to let her assist me in purchasing a home. She definitely knows her stuff and and she found the perfect property and arranged a tour immediately. She was always available when I had questions and she handled all issues professionally and expeditiously. I highly recommend her to help with real estate matters. We closed last Friday and she even presented us with a closing gift.
