Shay Black is the founder of Black Owl Group at eXp Realty in San Diego and Las Vegas. He has found the real estate industry extremely rewarding and has excelled quickly, generating millions of dollars of business. His teams are often recognized as top producing in the markets where they work. His previous work experience included owning his own national trucking company and working as a manager for multiple high volume restaurants. With this background as both an entrepreneur and engaging in service oriented businesses, it was only natural that Shay would merge his experiences to lead a real estate team dedicated to serving clients.

Shay's passion and fresh forward perspective on the real estate industry is why he is known as one of the country's premiere real estate agents. In his down time, Shay loves to relax with his lovely wife Jennifer and their two little boys Ryder (13) and Hunter (11). He is the president of the "Dads' Club" at Del Mar Heights Elementary school in San Diego. Shay teaches real estate classes around the country as well. He enjoys powerlifting, running, movies, traveling, and most of all dining out! He also enjoys spending time with his four dogs Ollie, Daisy, Fury, and Mavis.
