Sheenah Hellmers

Sheenah's happy place is on the beach. The connection with the water restores her, inspires her, and fills her with energy. It has always been that way. Sheenah was fortunate enough to grow up in Hawaii. It taught her a lot about family, relationships, being different, and learning how to work. Anyone who has ever been there knows how expensive it is! Her earliest dream was to be a lawyer – not a real estate professional. Funny how life turns out! From her earliest memories curled up in front of the TV watching Matlock and Perry Mason, she just KNEW that was what she wanted. Sheenah worked hard, putting herself through school, working in law firms as a paralegal, and marching towards law school. Sheenah loved litigation – the challenges, the camaraderie of a team working to advocate for our clients, problem solving, strategy, and negotiation. Sheenah loved it all. And then she met her husband and had a daughter. Her husband you see is a contractor, and their very first house was… well many would say a money pit! But they saw nothing but opportunity. From there the new dream was born. Sheenah LOVED homes. Creating a diamond from something not so sparkly filled her with joy. With her husband’s skills, and her inability to take no for an answer – they had bought their first home and began their new life. Sheenah's life is now the perfect blend of law, design, and helping others find their happy place. They have had an amazing journey – finding their way to this beautiful area 15 years ago … drawn to it by all the natural beauty, and miles and miles of coastline. Just give her a chance, and she will tell you all the wonderful things about it here – the people, the small-town feel, the amazing sunsets looking towards the Olympic Mountains, and Central Market! In Her Spare Time When she is not scouring the area for someone else’s happy place, you will find her on her beach, with her family, and her yellow lab Bailey. Throwing the stick far out into the water – just waiting for her to bring it back joyously to us, making us laugh with her overflowing enthusiasm. Life is good! Sheenah is fulfilled with the ability to help people find their happy place, and she has truly found hers.
