Sheila Christie has partnered with her father, Dave, since 1998 when she started assisting him with escrow coordination and marketing. Prior to joining “the family business” Sheila was a Marketing Director for a leading real estate firm, formulating marketing materials for over seventy top producing Realtors. Her expertise in print advertising and internet technologies gives Sheila and Dave’s clients a distinct competitive edge. Her eye for detail and compassion for her clients makes her the ideal representative throughout the complicated transaction of buying or selling a home.

When not helping clients, Sheila devotes her time to her family; husband Joseph Guaragna, their three children Joseph, Ethan, and Annabella
