Sheila, is amazing! If you are looking for someone who will always have YOUR best interest at heart, she is the realtor for you. Sheila, helped me find my first home to rent, find the perfect home to buy when I was tired of renting, she then handled turning that perfect home into a rental when it was time for me to relocate, she managed that rental for several years until she felt like it was a good time to put it on the market. I had considered selling it a year earlier and she told that if that is what I wanted we certainly could but if I didn't have to sell it that she felt like I should hold on to it for another year. The woman knows her business! I did exactly what she recommended and ended up selling the home for significantly more than I originally thought I would a year earlier. She made sure I always knew what was going on during the process, despite being a few hours away. I wish I could just move her around with me so that she could always represent me in my real-estate transactions!
