About Sheila

With an impressive track record of being one of the most trustworthy brokers in Park City, Sheila Hall has built a solid reputation among her clients and peers as a consummate real estate professional since starting her career in 2007. Previously an air traffic controller and a veteran of the US Air Force (USAF), it is no wonder that clients marvel at Sheila’s level of commitment in getting the best results in everything she aspires to do. She brings a laser focus for details and a white-glove approach to service, whether it’s coordinating and managing the subcontractors and services necessary to get the right price within a set time for her sellers, or discovering the most optimum neighborhood and home to suit her buyer’s lifestyle. While the qualities of discipline, hard work, and a high level of professional courtesy are evident when first meeting her, Sheila’s creativity and out-of-the-box thinking is apparent when managing negotiations or addressing sometimes difficult property issues or roadblocks. Her ability to work through complex situations has enabled her to build a strong following of loyal clients and has garnered her a number of referrals throughout her career.

Sheila spends a generous amount of her free time giving back to the community, having served on multiple PTO boards in the Park City School district during her children’s tenure, as well as becoming the President of the Park City Board of Realtors in 2019. Sheila enjoys living in Park City with her husband of 27 years, and finds relaxation in riding her motorcycle through the mountains and valleys of the region. She also loves hiking through the backcountry, taking advantage of summer’s outdoor concerts, and of course, sneaking in an hour or two of some of the best winter skiing on the mountains surrounding Park City.
