Sheila has been a full-time, professional Realtor since 1990 specializing in the sales and marketing of new and existing homes throughout the Metro Atlanta area.
Sheila knows that the key to success both for herself and her clients, is a continually updated education. She is a GA Licensed Real Estate Associate Broker. In addition to numerous professional real estate designations, Sheila is a Certified Professional Home Stager & Re-designer, a valuable asset to her clients and customers.
Sheila is a Phoenix Award recipient and member of the Fayette County Board of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. She is a member of RESA (Real Estate Staging Association). Sheila is a Past President of the Sales and Marketing Council (SMC) of the Midwest Georgia Homebuilders Association and a 1987 graduate of the Leadership Fayette Class. Sheila holds over 9 years of HBA Circle Awards for outstanding achievements in new construction sales.
A native of South Metro Atlanta, Sheila grew up in Forest Park, GA and has lived in south Atlanta Fayette County area since 1987. She comes to real estate from a long and successful career in media planning, marketing and public relations and continues to remain active in that field. She is co-owner of Jordan & Associates, a local marketing company, as well as JandA Staging & Redesign, a division of Jordan & Associates.
Sheila and her husband Richard have two daughters, Danna and Lindsey plus five grandchildren. Danna is a career mom and Lindsey is a graduate at UGA & Terry Business College. In addition to real estate sales, Sheila enjoys spending her spare time with family, traveling, home staging, interior redesign, remodeling and new construction.
