My wife and I had been looking to purchase a home in Minooka, Illinois for several months and spoke to several realtors and be honest felt like no one wanted to take the time to help us deal with the process on our terms until we met Sheila Strutz. After the first meeting we knew she was the realtor for us she took the time to listen to us and understand what we were looking for she always had time for us which was important because our schedules were so crazy. She was always there to answer a question or with a suggestion. She was awesome and went above and beyond we not only bought a house but we gained a friend!! I Would highly recommend Sheila for your next home purchase!!!
Properties are in demand now, me and my husband were constantly getting outbid by other buyers. And Sheila helped us to find our dream home. We went on so many home tours and wrote a lot of offers.
