Had a fantastic experience with our realtor, Sheila Zeiders. She was very attentive and resourceful listing our property and looking out for our financial well being getting us a fair and reasonable offer. She also went above and beyond listening to our needs, researching and coming up with options that met our budget and specific criteria when searching for a new home. Very responsive, professional, courteous, and polite. Would highly recommend her if you are in need of a reliable realtor She knows the market, very knowledgeable, lots of resources, and such a joy to work with!! Will definitely use her again!!

Sheila handled the sale of our home.

She hired a professional photographer to take pix. The presentation of the house for advertising looked great. Consequently the house had three offers over asking within 24 hours of going on the market.

Sheila explained all of the paperwork and within 19 days we closed without a hitch.

I HIGHLY recommend Sheila!
