Shelby has been with me through all 4 of my buying/selling experiences. She has also been with my brother through all of his moves as well. She is one awesome realtor! She is amazing in that she knows everything! She can go toe to toe with builders in that she knows what's proper and what's not. If something isn't right, she will fight for you! She knows the market and can convert your house, with her staging expertise, to make it a showcase. I truly believe she never sleeps. She is always available to answer questions and to help wherever needed. I would highly recommend Shelby to anyone and everyone! Love her!

After having our home on the market for 6 months we decided to switch realtors. We interviewed several realtors and chose Shelby Charles because she sold many of the homes in our neighborhood and is very knowledgeable about the Garnet Valley area. She also told us what we DID NOT want to hear -- our home was overpriced, small compared to other homes in our area, families want big backyards and finished basements, etc. We followed her 'tough love' advice and she sold our home in 6 weeks! Shelby Charles came highly recommended to us by a family member who worked with her in the past, and she more than lived up to her stellar reputation. We were basically at our wits end attempting to sell our home when we contacted Shelby.
