Shelby Frakes

Shelby Frakes is a licensed Texas, Missouri, & Kansas realtor who studied Business Administration in college. Before joining Dwell, she managed a boutique real estate office & worked with one of the top real estate teams in Missouri as a buyer specialist. Shelby has also worked in recreational and agricultural land sales with a team of over 100 agents that served a 9-state region. She is eager to bring her passion and experience to Dwell.

For Shelby, real estate is a lifestyle. She grew up designing houses with her father’s CAD software. Shelby loves the feeling of being “home” and finds gratification in helping others find their dream house & turn it into a home. Anyone can be a real estate agent, but not everyone can look at the whole package to ensure buyers and sellers get their best value. Shelby specializes in the psychology and marketing of real estate and knows how to market a home, not sell a house.

Shelby enjoys hiking, photographing nature, and baking. Shelby volunteers at her church and believes in giving back to her local community. She lives in the Whitehouse area with her husband and German Shepherd.
