She bought her first house in the year 2005 when she was only 23 years old. She loved the process and has loved real estate ever since! She genuinely enjoys the search in finding her clients their dream home! In 2017, her husband Dan got his real estate license and joined, thats when we became Hayes Homes!
They work all types of property at all price points. They have sold starter homes, upper bracket homes, lake property, condominiums, and new construction. Each transaction is unique, and it is overly exciting to see their clients able to make a home their own after closing!
She was born and raised in Minnesota and have worked all over the state for 10+ years and specialize in the west side of the Twin Cities where she grew up. Dan grew up on the St Paul side of town, so he helps clients in the areas he knows so well.
Working as a team allows them to be in multiple places at the same time and offer even more time and flexibility to their clients. She loves people and homes, and Dan has a strong financial and mortgage background — they can offer clients options and ideas that they have not thought of when it comes to buying and selling their home.
They work hard to go beyond to make the home buying experience as fun and stress free as possible.
They have two daughters, and they genuinely love Minnesota, lake life, watching hockey, visiting their family cabins, and spending time with family and friends.
