Hi, I’m Shelby Lervig, and I’m proud to be part of the Kenai River Realty Team. Real estate is more than just a career for me—it’s about helping families and individuals find the right place to call home and creating relationships that last long after the paperwork is signed.

I was born and raised right here in Alaska, and this community is at the heart of everything I do. I’m married to my high school sweetheart, and together we’re raising two busy boys who keep us on our toes with all their sports. When I’m not showing homes, you’ll often find me out on the water as a commercial fisherman or cheering on my kids from the sidelines.

With over 9 years in real estate and nearly two decades of experience in customer service and marketing, I know how important it is to listen, communicate, and go above and beyond.
