Shelley has lived in Southwest Colorado for over 28 years. She now owns and operates EXIT Realty Home & Ranch. Shelley moved to Pagosa Springs in 1995 from Los Angeles to enjoy a better quality of life for herself and her family. She is extremely well versed in the development of proposed projects both in Durango and Pagosa Springs. Her background in finance services and real estate gives her the perfect blend of skills to best represent her clients' interests.
