Shelley Lucas knows her stuff AND sold our home in 2 days! At the time that we had decided to sell our home, her flyer magically arrived in the mail. We decided to check out her online profile and scheduled a meeting, both made us comfortable and confident to make her our Realtor. We had not sold a home for going on 24 years and this would be our 4th home we would sell. We knew that selling a home during this pandemic and digitized world would be very different than any of our previous homes. We had already started getting our home ready to sell for several months prior to working with her, while that was all good with what we had done, she still had some advice on what we need to do to get our home the best price. Although we were reluctant at first on a few of her suggestions, she gave us positive guidance and we ended up very happy with the results! Shelley was always available when we needed her and always stayed in touch with us throughout the process. We ended up selling our home for our target price in 2 days! She and her team were amazing to work with in helping explain all the forms to sign as well. My husband & I highly recommend Shelley to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home.

Shelley is by far the best realtor we have ever had and we’ve purchased/sold many homes. We met her at an open house and she was super welcoming and made you feel at ease immediately. She’s very knowledgeable and knows the market like the back of her hand which makes her excellent at her job! She is very attentive to your needs and makes herself available to see homes whenever it’s convenient for you. I can absolutely say that I have a realtor and friend for life! Shelley far exceeded our expectations and I can’t imagine why you wouldn’t want someone like that to help you buy or sell your next home.

I have nothing but good things to say about Shelley Lucas. She is as caring, patient and savvy as real estate agents come. She truly cares wholeheartedly about each client, and it shows. I have worked with her through many transactions where hurdles have come up, and she handles it all beautifully.
