I love Oregon and my focus area on the North Oregon Coast. I serve the communities of Cannon Beach, Arch Cape, Manzanita, Neahkahnie, Nehalem and Wheeler. Each coastal community is unique with distinctive histories, cultures, styles and stunning scenery. This translates to different real estate markets, rules and regulations, amenities and attractions that affect real estate investing along the Oregon Coast.
