Shelley Womack

Northwest GA Realtor, Shelley Womack began her career in 1994 by following in her father’s footsteps as an appraiser, then became a realtor in 2012, a Broker in 2016 and then on to property management. In 2012, Shelley decided to enter the real estate world by specializing in homes for sale in Rome, GA. She began growing her team in 2013, when her husband Allen Womack joined her as well as fellow Realtor Nicole Popham. In 2016 they branched out and opened a Property Management office in Rome. This office services property in Floyd County, Polk County and Fulton County. They have since grown their business and opened Legacy Properties, a full-service real estate company. Legacy Properties currently has 5 agents, three brokers and two property managers. Prior to real estate, she had seven years of experience in customer service. She also has a degree in Psychology that helps her clients navigate the pressures and anxiety of the real estate world.
