Shelley Wyrick

Shelley is the Broker and CEO of Wyrick and Associates Real Estate. She has 15 years of full-time real estate experience and is a premiere listing agent in Bakersfield. She also works with buyers who are searching for that perfect new home or investment property. She has worked as an REO listing agent for major banks and asset companies and has sold entire portfolios for her investors when they need to liquidate. In 2016 Shelley was awarded ERA’s National and prestigious Circle of Success Award for gross sales volume amongst the top Realtors in the Nation. She also has her bachelor’s degree in Political Science with an emphasis in Pre-Law from California State University Bakersfield and was their Outstanding Graduating Senior for the class of 2005.
