Shelli was an excellent realtor for us and was a trusted resource as we were moving from out of state and didn’t know much about the NKY area. We ran into a very complicated situation in our home purchase and Shelli worked every option she could and was there fighting for us until the end. She helped keep the calm through the storm.
She also happened to be our landlord as we were renting a short term furnished rental from her lovingly referred to as the “River Rose” house. It’s a great, modernly updated 2 bedroom home with a beautiful view of the Ohio River. It’s within 10 mins of all the amenities you may need plus a quick ferry ride just a few mins down the road, takes you across to Cincinnati. If you need a superb realtor who truly cares and/or a short term furnished rental- don’t hesitate to call Shelli!

Shelli was great throughout the whole process of buying our first home. We were clueless on how the whole process worked and she was there to answer all of our dumb questions without hesitation. My fiancé and I decided to change our plans and build our first home since Shelli was able to hook us up with a builder. It was a long process of waiting and not really knowing when our home would be complete but Shelli stuck through it with us the whole time and we can’t thank her enough! We would highly recommend Shelli to anyone that is looking for a new home!

Shelli helped us buy our first house. My husband and I had completely different ideas of what we wanted. Shelli took the time to listen to both of us and show us the houses that I liked and the houses that he liked. She didn't limit is to only houses that we could agree on. She made both of us feel heard and respected our individual opinions. Being new to home buying, I had several questions, she never made me feel stupid for asking, even if the question could be thought of as a " stupid question."
