Shellie is the best when it comes to real estate and customer service! It is not often you get to work with someone who is truly the elite in their industry. First and foremost, Shellie is a good person you can easily relate to. She truly wants the best for her clients and sets realistic expectations. Shellie helped sell a very unique property for me. Since we were moving to NC and building a new home I was worried it would take a long time to sell. Shellie had me and my wife multiple offers within the first two weeks. Shellie had a back up plan and offers within 4-5 days and we closed. I highly recommend you call her for your buying/selling needs. Thanks again for everything!

As a first-time home buyer, Shellie helped put me at ease about the process. She promptly replied to my emails and texts, and patiently answered my numerous questions. She was on top of things and let me know what was coming up and what I needed to do next.Seriously, when I say they go above and beyond to offer great service, it's an understatement. Definitely not your average agent. You MUST use her on your next real estate transaction. It does not get better than her.

I would also recommend going with Devontae Brooks at Guaranteed Rate for financing he gave me half the APR on my house compared to Veterans United. Overall between Shellie and Devontae my home buying experience was great! They got the house I wanted and my family settled in before I had to redeploy.

Shellie was absolutely AH-mazing from the start of our home buying experience! We started looking to buy our first home around the beginning of October 2021 and Shellie met us at the first house we wanted to look at (so thankful Zillow linked us up with her!!!) we really liked her from the start! She was very knowledgeable and gave real advice on what to expect and next steps and even led us to a lender who would, in the end, get us the loan we needed! (Guaranteed Rate was also amazing to work with!) We saw a home we had our eyes on had dropped in price and Shellie made sure to get us a showing ASAP! We had our offer in soon after! Closing date was the end of November and we have been loving our home ever since! Shellie and Devontae at Guaranteed Rate helped get us into our first home and we will never forget everything they did for this to happen! I will recommend anyone and everyone I know that are looking to buy a home, to her!! :)
