Shelly was our realtor when we recently purchased a home for our granddaughter to live in while attending Gonzaga School of Law. Shelly gracefully, quickly, and expertly dealt with us from California and my son from Montana and never missed a beat. She made timely suggestions as to where to look, kept all of us in the loop, did walk-through videos so we could get a feeling for the house we were looking at, and coached us through the paperwork all the way through dealing with the lawyer representing the owner. Shelly not only did this for the house we ultimately purchased, but because of the escalating and rapidly moving market in Spokane, did this for at least 3 separate listings whose selling price exceeded our offers. She was a star. I don't think she ever "left work" because we would get emails until well after the typical work day.

Shelly is an amazing realtor! She’s communicative, knowledgeable and professional. She gave us honest feedback after each showing and always had our best interest.
We saw about 33 houses in a month and Shelly was extremely patient and accommodating to our schedules. We never felt rushed during or after a showing. Getting an offer accepted in this market was not easy but Shelly's experience and knowledge definitely helped us get our offer accepted. So glad that we found our favorite realtor in Spokane 😊

Shelly was extremely responsive to our needs in searching for a property.
