Shelly Kilibarda

Shelly is a Minnesota girl born and educated! She grew up in the Southern Minnesota area where her father and 1 of her 4 brothers still farm the land she grew up on. Shelly met her husband Doug in college, and they married in 1995. His work took them to Louisville Kentucky for 12 years. During that time, she earned her real estate license in 2005 and her broker's license in 2007. That same year she started a real estate company and formed a team of 6 wonderful agents. In addition to selling property throughout the Greater Louisville area, they exclusively represented and marketed developments selling new construction single family homes, lots, condos, townhomes, and commercial property. When the opportunity came to return "home" they jumped on it and feel so fortunate to be back in Minnesota- close to family and providing their children with the same midwestern upbringing they had. When she is not assisting clients with their real estate needs, you can usually find me at my children's sporting events or in the Minnesota great outdoors playing tennis, pond hockey, snowboarding, boating, fishing, biking, or playing sand volleyball in the summer. She enjoys DIY projects and have done everything from laying hardwood flooring to painting to building retaining walls. All of these incredible life experiences and the amazing support she receives from her family, friend’s clients have made her the successful and driven person Shelly is today.
