Shelly began her real estate journey in 2014, transitioning from a 35-year career in the Salon Industry to embark on a new chapter. Inspired by her father, a builder, and developer, she decided to give real estate a try and was pleasantly surprised to discover her passion for it. With her extensive years of experience, Shelly has been able to leverage her skills to better serve her real estate clients.

Guiding individuals through one of the most significant purchases of their lives is an exciting responsibility that Shelly takes seriously. Regardless of the stage of life her clients are in, she is committed to ensuring they understand the process, make informed decisions, and enjoy the journey. Shelly's goal is to be their realtor for life, extending her services beyond the sale as a constant resource and support.

Before becoming a realtor, Shelly successfully built multiple businesses in and around Oakland County, including beauty salons and a salon consulting business. Through these ventures, she traveled the country for industry speaking engagements and advisory roles for other salons. Since starting her first business at the age of 19, Shelly has prioritized building strong and lasting relationships with her clients and professional network. She recognizes the importance of active listening and tailoring her services to meet each client's unique needs and goals.

Shelly's entrepreneurial background has honed her resourcefulness, creativity in marketing, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities. In today's fast-paced and competitive housing market, clients appreciate her dynamic skill set.

When she's not working, Shelly enjoys spending time with her family and her Great Dane, Bentley, at their lake property on Black Lake in Northern Michigan. She embraces a healthy lifestyle and has a passion for cooking nutritious meals. Always eager to learn, Shelly constantly explores new hobbies, with golf being her current endeavor. She feels blessed to have spent 23 years with her husband, Eddie, whom she considers the love of her life. Additionally, she takes immense pride in her teenage son, Kory. Furthermore, Shelly and her family have hosted six exchange students from various parts of the world, enriching their lives with diverse cultural experiences.
