About Shelly

I am a full time real estate professional with my Brokers license and 12 years experience. I absolutely love what I do and am passionate about helping my clients find the home of their dreams. My buyers never feel pressured into making an offer on a home, I want them to truly feel that the home they choose is the perfect home for them. My sellers know that I will work hard to get them the best price possible for their home.

I pride myself in giving personal service to my clients. It is important to me to be an independent agent, not a member of a team where my clients get passed on to other 'team members' after their home is listed or offer is written. My clients know that they are a priority to me and that I am always accessible to them by phone, email and text, including evenings and weekends.

Education
I have a B.S. degree in computer science and previously worked for General Motors/EDS. I am tech savvy and highly analytical

In addition to getting my Brokers license I have pursued several real estate certifications and designations to assist me in representing my clients and providing them with the best possible service.

I was instrumental in the start-up of US FIRST Robotics TEAM 2337, the EngiNERDs of Grand Blanc High School in 2007 and created the Parent Robotics Organization (PRO).

I have been involved with Stand Up To Cancer, St. Jude's, Children's Miracle Network and Whaley Children's Center

Personal
Spending time with my family (husband Mike, daughter Kristi and son Ryan) is very important to me. Some of our favorite things to do are traveling to different parts of the world and attending sporting events.

I have moved many times myself, including relocating overseas ... we had the pleasure of living in Germany for 3 years and Australia for 3 years.

I am a big sports fan - Love my University of Michigan and New England Patriots football teams!

Homes.com Review

Shelly sold me my first house five years ago. When I decided it was time to sell that house I gave her a call, she came over with all the information I needed to get started. I was a little worried about how long it would take to sell our home and how much we would sell it for. She gave us a price above our expectations and put it on the market on a Friday. By Sunday we had five solid offers and we sat down and picked the offer that was $4,000 above asking price. Shelly had everything signed in one weekend. The whole transaction went smoothly and then I said Shelly find me a house. Shelly got right on it and got us moved into the condo we purchased on the day we had to move out of the house we sold. She sure knows how to align this process. She was available to me at 7 in the morning and even answering my messages via email at 2 in the morning. I would recommend her to everyone. In both transactions I always knew she was putting my business first. She gets the job done right. Sold a Single Family home in 2017 in Grand Blanc, MI.
